Knife Crime

I’ve noticed a lot of reports of ‘knife’ crime on the telly here. In America it’s more common for criminals to use handguns.

The Regent’s Canal is a lovely spot to take a stroll and get away from the hordes of tourists that inundate London in the summer.

American lawmakers voted against amending the constitution to ban flag burning yesterday. Freedom continues its march.

Bavarian extremists killed a defenseless bear yesterday. The foreign born bear, known as Bruno, was cited as a potential threat to local citizens by the right leaning government even though it had never harmed any people. The pre-emptive killing has been criticized by peace activists favoring a policy of containmment.

Summertime

London is the most visited city in the world. The summer season is particularly busy.

A Rose

This rose is a bit past it’s prime. I find it lovely anyway.

I’m Having

I’m having the damndest time figuring out the value of the coins here. Making a Londoner wait in line whilst you ass about with your change is just not done.

Delicious Meats

The Austrians are known for their delicious meats. This particular boulder has nothing to do with that though.

This is a fairly typical grouping of chairs high up in the Alps.

Salzburg

Salzburg is famous for being the birthplace of Mozart.

Alpine Hiking

There are loads of hiking trails in the Alps that provide lovely panoramas.

Bavaria

Bavaria is a state in Germany. I’ve also heard it described as a state of mind.

Street Scene

A fairly typical street scene in London.

English Garden

The English are famous for their gardens.

English Fridge

This is a fairly typical fridge in London. Notice the size. Astute viewers will also notice the size of the beer bottles. They came in a pack of eight.
